Laugh yourself fit →
I love how our yoga teacher always tries to get us to smile and laugh during practice! Not only does it make challenging poses more fun, but it works the core too. In poses such as chair pose and pigeon pose, the “haha” belly (one where the belly button is drawn up and in) keeps the abs engaged and helps you deepen the pose.

My mom showed this to me, made me cry! This man was a disabled veteran who doctors told would never walk again, and through his dedication to his yoga practice and the belief of his teacher, he was able to walk and RUN again on his own, as well as achieve yoga poses well out of my practice! It’s incredible, a must watch.
