A deep, dark, hard, sweaty, meditative yoga class is like a shot of espresso and a shot of wheatgrass and a shot of whiskey mixed with a good romp all in one. You walk in there a zombie and walk out in total bliss.

A tough one to get into—how does my relationship to food, feelings, and nourishment influence my yoga practice? my relationship to myself?

200 hr YTT

Hi all!

I know it’s been a *while* since we’ve posted, but things are suuuuper busy for both of us, being in grad-school and all! I just wanted to share some exciting personal news with y’all— I am starting a 200hr RYT teacher training in Seattle with The Grinning Yogi! We just had our first weekend, and boy, will it be an exciting, terrifying, thrilling, exhausting, wonderful journey. I will be writing journal entries for it at our studio’s websites, but I’ll post them over here too as they go up. Will also try to post more just in general, since I’ll have yoga on the brain 24/7 (I’ve already started having dreams about YTT!)
